In the production workshop of wind power tower drum, the person in charge of quality inspection Department introduced the production process of tower drum: "After the finished materials enter the workshop, they have to go through the procedures of cutting, beeping, winding, longitudinal seam welding, rounding, pairing, ring seam welding, welding small parts, flatness measurement, appearance size inspection, anticorrosion, installation of internal parts, etc., in order to realize the packaging and delivery of products. All the processes are linked together. Only in this way can we guarantee the quality of our products." Shaanxi Xinzhong Wind Power Tower Project workshop mainly produces 2.0MW, 2.5MW, 3.0MW and other types of tower tubes for onshore wind power. Among them, a single set of tower can reach 160 meters in length and 385 tons in weight. The lifting capacity of the production line is 150 tons. It has the conditions to produce large megawatt wind power tower, with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 tons. Shaanxi Xinzhong is one of the key projects of Liaoning Xinzhong Technology Co., Ltd. in response to the national economic strategic layout of "One Belt and One Road", and also one of the key projects of Ms. Lv Bei, chairman of the board, to optimize the industrial structure of the enterprise, expand the scale of operation, transform and improve the service ability, and improve the core strength. Only three months after the resumption of production, Shaanxi Xinzhong's first batch of wind power tower barrel products have been perfect, and the production contract order of 430 million yuan has been steadily promoted, fundamentally filling the gap in the production and supply of wind power tower barrel in Northwest China. 2. Shaanxi Xinzhong Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD. : Invested and constructed by Liaoning Xinzhong Technology, the company is an enterprise attracting investment. It is located in Xinmin high-end energy and chemical Industrial Park in Binzhou City, Shaanxi Province, covering an area of 300 mu, with a total investment of 600 million yuan and a standardized plant of 30,000 square meters, mainly producing wind power tower drum, coal mine equipment and pressure vessels.
